The hotel has a nice, quiet setting near the park. Most rooms are newly refurbished.
The check-out process felt rigid. Only granted an extra hour despite a late arrival. The air conditioning isn't intuitive. Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with visible dust and hairs around, including on the toilet cover. The sauna experience was underwhelming as it took a while to heat up, and not receiving any compensation for that was disappointing. Restaurant prices are on the high side, and room service adds a hefty extra fee. Not to mention it's a trek to get to the center on foot.

A charming stay in Lviv
The front desk staff greeted me warmly, guiding me swiftly to my cozy room. The breakfast buffet featured an excellent variety, and I enjoyed a perfect view of the picturesque park from my window.
The check-out process was a bit rigid, as I was only allowed an extra hour past noon despite my late arrival. The air conditioning wasn't intuitive and took some fiddling with before I found comfort.

The atmosphere of the hotel is charming...

The decisive factor for me is the very quiet location of the hotel next to the park, the great view from the panorama bar, and the very good breakfast! The young ladies at the front desk were, as always, very helpful and extremely friendly! Trolleybus No. 9 goes directly from the airport to the university (exit park below)
There's absolutely nothing on this subject.

Modern accommodation with excellent staff on reception desk. Outstanding food for very tasty and amazing breakfast with real piano music

The restaurant had no dinner option, just absurd for a hotel of this caliber, and the air alarm was senselessly alarming every ten seconds. I can't believe I wasn't treated to an upgrade after such a nonsensical experience. Almost considered a good review, but it would have been a disrespect for my intellect, or what's left of it.

Delicious breakfast, what pleased me is that the staff are monitoring the availability of food until the very end of breakfast. You can come 15 minutes before the end of the breakfast and food will OK :) Location is excellent: near the park and (there is a place to walk), the center on the map seems to be far, in fact, 15-20 minutes on foot. From the restaurant on the 9th floor there is an amazing view of the city center where is delicious food. restaurant on the 2nd floor has a hoster menu - If I knew, I would have looked there in the first place).
There is a very high level of audibility in the rooms, sometimes on the 8th floor the left elevator (standing apart from the other two) did not open the doors.

Top location, the staff has actually tried hard and could speak English.
Everything a bit worn out and run down, but clean and well-kept.

Cozy room, really good service, with a spacious bathroom with a nice rain shower and quality toiletries, made for a good stay.
For us it was ideal.

I had wonderful time here.
I asked for a premier double room and the one given was freshly renovated and modern.

I took the hotel because many guests mentioned about the beautiful view of the city. Unfortunately I got a room on the second floor - with a view of the green park. The room was quite small but cosy. The hotel staff knows exactly what to do and is friendly and helpful. Food in the hotel restaurant is recommended.

Quiet location, yet easy walk to wonderful sites. The front desk/reception crew were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast included in room price was very good - wide selections, and a nice outside patio.
Avoid the high cost use of their ATM, and the exchange window was going to charge a 10% fee for a "slight" tear on my 50 euro note. There are many nicer places to handle your currency downtown.

The front-desk staff were very accommodating, and we enjoyed the spaciousness of our Premier Twin Room. It's located near a lovely park.
My wife says that the restaurant service could be much faster.
